IT'S FRESH HOP SEASON! Our last Block Party of the year might be the most festive of the year as we celebrate everything we love about the changing of the seasons. We'll be releasing our Fresh Hop beer of 2018, serving a beer hopped with 6 different varieties, and pressing apples for cider!

The 6 hop-profiles we will be dry-hopping and tasting are Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, and Mt. Hood. We’ll also be pouring beer through a rattler full of hops and have the Fresh Hop base-beer on tap to use for comparison (and enjoy for drinking!)

Just like last year, we'll be hosting a free Fall Harvest Produce Swap with the help of the Chuckanut Center and donating a portion of beer proceeds their way! Everyone is encouraged to bring ripe produce from their garden to contribute to the swap and find some delicious fall goodies to take home! The Chuckanut Center is a community garden in the heart of Fairhaven growing food and teaching sustainable gardening skills to all ages, and has been an awesome partner for us while we grow hops over the years. Even if you don’t have any produce to contribute to the swap, don’t be shy - everyone is welcome to take something they like home!

Live music at the neighborhood Block Party will start at 1pm with The Naughty Blokes and before GrooveBot takes the stage at 4:30pm. Danielle's Back East BBQ & More Than You Think CateringKurly's Kart, and New Public Cafe will be serving up food and keeping everyone fed!

As always, all Stones Throw Block Parties are all-ages, dog friendly, free to attend, and rain or shine!

Saturday, October 27: Crave a Beer, Carve a Pumpkin!
Our annual Free Pumpkin Carving celebration will be all day the Saturday before Halloween! Everyone is invited down to the brewery to drink beers (or Gingerales for the younger rascals) and carve pumpkins, which we will illuminate and display in our front property for the Historic Fairhaven District night of Trick-or-Treating!

The Inaugural Trails to Taps Relay kicks off October 21st! Teams of 5-10 people make up this 10-leg relay run that connects local breweries and local trails. The course is approximately 30 miles total and each participant receives a pint glass with beer coupons at the brewery where they finish their leg. Teammates will meet each other at the Depot Square for the Finish Line After Party to celebrate with one another and all of the participating breweries. There will be a costume contest and a chance to win swag from the breweries. Registration is open and available by clicking here!
