The upcoming months are going to be full of some pretty fun beer, but first things first... Tony and a few of our beers have had a pretty dang good summer already!
The Raincountry Liquid Sunshine, our Pilsner-Style Lager, took the GOLD MEDAL at the Washington Brewers Choice awards for Pilsners! And the brewer's personal favorite beer, the Flat Penny Pale Ale brought home the BRONZE MEDAL in American Pales at the always-fun and always-hopping Washington Brewer's Fest over Fathers Day weekend!
Yeehaww! That's some good brewing! Tony, Jack, and the brew team want to thank you guys for drinking the beer and supporting Stones Throw beer! And now, speaking of Stones Throw Beer...
Currently On Tap
We've tapped out the last of the Neighborhood IPA for a while so our IPA on tap is currently two of our most popular seasonal brews we've done so far! Returning from last year is The Golden Rule IPA (6.3% ABV, 54 IBU) with Amarillo hops, and the Citra Down, Bottoms UP IPA (7.0%, 60 IBU) primarily with Citra hops!
The Clark's Point Pale Ale and On-Your-Left Hefeweizen are our other two seasonal beers on tap, but you better act quick! While the Pale Ale is moving quick, the Hefeweizen is currently on its second-to-last keg and won't last much longer than another week, at best!
We round out the rest of our taplist with regulars Raincountry Liquid Sunshine and the Two-Dollah Porter!
We're pretty excited about our upcoming brews you can expect to start seeing on tap over the next two weeks and beyond!
The Bronze Medal-winning Flat Penny Pale Ale will be back in the next 10-14 days, much to the happiness of Tony! We'll also have a Kettle Amber Sour coming up for the very first time, and another India Pale Lager! We chose to use Citra hops for this batch, so it will be different than the rotating Tree Rings IPL we have brewed in the past, and we're stoked to see how it turns out.
